Passive fall detection using AlertPod’s Channel State Information (CSI) WiFi sensing technology. SMART on FHIR integration validated in production with BILH — one of the largest academic medical systems in New England. Pulls patient conditions, medications, and lab results to auto-configure the appropriate service and agent set for each member.

🩸 Omron BP 5255 — Web Bluetooth

Direct Web Bluetooth connection validated in production. Systolic, diastolic, and pulse read directly in the browser without an app, without a cloud API, and without a data broker. Zero latency, zero privacy leak.

📊 USDA FoodData Central — Local PostgreSQL

Full USDA Foundation Foods and SR Legacy database hosted on the 4visionCare server. No external API calls for food lookup. Sub-200ms food resolution using Claude-powered natural language parsing against 750,000+ food entries.

🧠 Multi-Agent AI — Claude Sonnet 4.6

Six specialized wellness agents run in parallel, each independently evaluating the same meal through a different wellness lens. A Personal Wellness Summary synthesizes all six into one conflict-resolved recommendation — 10 seconds, browser-native.

Device Compatibility

Clinical-grade devices. Zero cloud lock-in.

4visionCare reads directly from BLE devices via Web Bluetooth, and connects to any device that exposes standard GATT characteristics or a supported API. No mandatory subscription to a device manufacturer’s cloud. 4visionCare does not use PPG wrist-based devices — wrist PPG can miss heart rate by as much as 30% during activity, so vital signs come from validated clinical-grade BLE devices instead.
